Before AI became a buzzword, I was already deep in the world of digital transformation: helping companies streamline processes, scale smarter, and get more from their systems.
Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked across digital media, advertising technology, and SaaS, building commercial strategies, launching new products, and leading partnerships across global markets. But behind all of that has always been one constant: a deep curiosity about how to make things work better.
From building early order-processing systems to being one of the first to embrace programmatic advertising, I’ve always looked for smarter, leaner ways to solve problems. Automation isn’t new to me, it’s been the throughline of my work long before AI tools became mainstream.

Giuseppe is a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technology strategy. He holds a degree in electronic engineering with a thesis in AI and robotics from the University of Palermo, and a second degree in AI and Technology Transformation.
Giuseppe began his career at IBM in California, where he held key roles in IT architecture and technology enablement. At IBM’s Innovation Center in San Mateo, he led AI-driven cloud initiatives, including early collaborations in the IBM/Amazon AWS partnership. He also holds certifications in AI and cloud architecture, reflecting over 20 years of experience at the intersection of emerging technologies and enterprise innovation.
With over 22 years of experience in the IT industry, Radu has built a versatile career spanning networking, systems engineering, architecture, automation, and enterprise integrations. His journey has evolved alongside the industry itself from foundational infrastructure and system design to cutting-edge automation and orchestration. In recent years, Radu has focused on harnessing the power of AI to optimise operations, enhance decision-making, and unlock new efficiencies across complex environments. He is passionate about driving innovation through practical, intelligent solutions that deliver real business impact.
